Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], December 17: <\/strong>\u00a0The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) was established in 1998 as an autonomous and self-regulatory apex body under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of Urban Development and Housing, serves as the Chief Patron of NAREDCO, while Gujarat\u2019s Hon\u2019ble Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel is the Chief Patron of NAREDCO Gujarat.<\/p>\n

NAREDCO Property Fest \u2013 2024<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For the first time, NAREDCO Gujarat is set to organize the largest property fest in Gujarat from December 20 to 22, 2024. The event will take place near Vaishnodevi circle towards Ognaj Toll Plaza, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Ahmedabad. This three-day event will be a remarkable opportunity for property enthusiasts, investors, and homebuyers. For the first time, participating developers will offer a 0% stamp duty benefit on property bookings made during the fest.<\/p>\n

The grand opening ceremony of the fest will be held on December 20 at 9:30 AM by Shri Rishikeshbhai Patel, Cabinet Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Shri Harshbhai Sanghavi, State Home Minister, and renowned speaker Pujya Dr. Gnanvatsal Swamiji. The fest will remain open to visitors daily from 10 AM to 8 PM.<\/p>\n
